PROJECT MANAGEMENT 

We oversee the development process from the perspective of an owner-occupier or investor. We conduct an in-depth market analysis, evaluating the risks and rewards in deployment of capital so that we can consistently meet or exceed investment objectives. Additionally, our team acts as the development manager for each of our projects, providing consultancy and advisory services. We optimise our existing industry networks, relationships and resources to maximise the potential return on investment in our portfolio.

Project Manager

The successful candidate will have residential project development experience and will work very closely with the Managing Director.  You will be team orientated, exceedingly well organised, hard-working and efficient with exceptional attention to detail. You will be expected to be proactive in your approach to tasks to keep business operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Min 2-4 years experience in residential project management (construction and/or development) is essential
• Strong communication skills including leadership, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation
• Strong interpersonal and commercial skills 
• Highly enthusiastic, pro-active and self-motivated individual who requires minimal supervision with a willingness to learn, keen interest in the property development industry, initiative and a team player.

Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team.

Qualifications

• Manage & organise sub contractors and ensure all works being carried out are to the highest quality & safety standards
• Provide the Project Manager with regular updates in regards to programming and progress on site
• Attend site meetings & liaise with the Project Manager & Contract Administrator in regards to programming & cost control
• In combination with the Project Manager you will be required to deal directly with the client/client side PM, architect and other consultants
• Oversee site safety requirement
